This release sees a wealth of continuous improvements to the existing Access Recruitment CRM capabilities, resulting in improved screen navigation, useability, validation, and exposure of additional data, both on screen and through the APIs. Continual improvements are done to ensure we consistently improve our existing functionalities based on the customer and internal stakeholder validation and feedback. We target the entire Access Recruitment CRM, to ensure that bugs are fixed, system and process flows are improved along with improving the overall user experience ensuring that our day-to-day users of Access Recruitment CRM are benefitted and can do what’s more important to them. In this release, we've introduced further enhancements to the search functionality within Access Recruitment CRM, making it easier for users to locate their saved searches. We've also ensured that saved search data is user-specific and no longer persists across accounts. All updates are aimed at improving overall efficiency and user experience.

For customers not integrated with the Access Pay & Bill application, the bulk generation of invoice data from placements and timesheets remains a crucial part of the billing process. In release 4.80, we introduced the ability to send invoices in bulk via email. Building on that, we have now added several enhancements: the option to bulk mark invoices as "Paid," a cap on attachment sizes to prevent email bounces, and a new filter to streamline invoice data management. Additionally, customers who do not use the invoice feature in Access Recruitment CRM can now toggle off the invoice area entirely.

In this release, we have introduced a bulk publishing feature that allows temp businesses to post jobs more quickly to job boards and websites directly from Access Recruitment CRM, improving efficiency and saving time. Additionally, users can now capture the interview address during job creation.

The introduction of a dedicated Diversity & Inclusion tab card offers a flexible data capture solution, enabling businesses, team leaders, and senior managers to manage diversity, equity, and inclusion information with sensitivity and security. Access to the DE&I tab card and its field data is permission-based, ensuring all information is controlled and protected appropriately.

We have continued development of the Access Recruitment CRM Merge Suite in this release. Designed to enable customers to safely and efficiently move and restructure data in bulk within Access Recruitment CRM. This tool will empower users with the correct permissions to manage their data independently and with greater ease. Due to the scale and complexity of this feature, development will be phased, with the April release focusing on the ability to merge Attribute Masters.

On-going improvements to Scheduler 2.0 to ensure functionality and accessibility is of the highest standard, constantly improving on useability and experience.

Building on our high-volume temp and contract workforce management solution, the introduction of rota functionality marks a transformative step for high-volume temp recruitment. The ability to assign rota patterns and templates to jobs is specifically designed to save customers time when creating complex or recurring job shifts. These advanced rota features are accessible via a feature switch, providing flexibility and ease of adoption.

Continuing the AI journey for Access Recruitment CRM we have updated the AI CV co- pilot matching component to include Profiles
The AI CV Matching is available to EVO Early adopters for feedback as part of this release.

Continuing the AI journey for Access Recruitment CRM we have introduced Email text optimising, which allows users to improve the content of their messages via our embedded Co-pilot component.

These insights provide deeper visibility into job performance, candidate behaviour, and more — enabling businesses to identify opportunities for improvement and drive smarter decisions. Feeds & the Natural Language Analytics will be available with the launch of Access EVO.
