There is no facility within Access Recruitment CRM to convert the saved CVs to .pdf when sending them out.
As a workaround, you could save the CV with the template cover page and then convert that .rtf file to a .pdf file outside of Access Recruitment CRM and then you could bring the .pdf file back into Access Recruitment CRM to be used for sending out.
As a further option, you could speak to your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager to arrange a demonstration of the HireARA add-on.
