5.13 – EVO PLATFORM - BD MODULE JOB OPPORTUNITIES

What's new?

Business Development and Sales users can now manage sales pipeline progress and commercial data directly from a new Business Growth tab on the Job record. The tab provides a visual stage tracker, fields for contract value, industry type, lead score, and cross-sell/up-sell status, and the ability to assign Business Growth users to a Job. This is an opt-in feature enabled via a system setting, with new fields also available for reporting and via the GraphQL API.

5.13 – CLOUD CALL & Access Recruitment CRM CONNECTOR UPDATES

What's new?

Natural language queries in Evo AI now return more accurate and consistent results, reducing blank, incorrect, or error responses. Users can add attributes, assign a primary consultant, and access the Compliance area directly through natural language search, with the connector extended to support PAB data, Compliance, and CV options. CloudCall call summaries are also now surfaced directly within Access Recruitment CRM, reducing the need to switch between applications.

What's new?

This release delivers a targeted set of improvements across day-to-day Access Recruitment CRM workflows, addressing real user pain points in UX, data visibility, performance, and workflow efficiency. Key updates include compliance traffic light indicators on the applicant banner, Timesheet Notes improvements, Sourcing Coach support for any CV type, and a fix for the blank screen issue in the CV Send Wizard. Together, these changes reduce user frustration, demonstrate that feedback is being acted on, and support revenue protection, churn mitigation, and improved pNPS.

5.13 – REFERENCE WORKFLOW IMPROVEMENTS

What's new?

Access Recruitment CRM now delivers an end-to-end candidate reference workflow, giving recruiters and compliance users a unified, trackable process for sending, managing, and recording reference requests directly within the CRM. Users can select and manage referee details, submit and track requests, handle documentation, add tasks, and monitor reference status – all without leaving the platform. This removes reliance on manual workarounds and external tools, reducing friction at a critical stage of the hiring process.

5.13 – SELF-BILLING

What's new?

Recruiters, Consultants, and Finance/Billing users can now process self-billing invoices with greater accuracy and confidence. Bulk actions in the Self Billing screen now respect any active filters or searches, ensuring changes only apply to selected invoices rather than the full unfiltered list. Summary card totals also now persist correctly when navigating away from and back to the Self Billing screen.

5.13 – smartAI MULTI INSTANCE SUPPORT

What's new?

Access Recruitment CRM now supports customers running more than one smartAI account, allowing each instance to be configured with its own URL, users, and groups directly within the platform. Consultants and recruitment teams are automatically connected to the correct smartAI instance at runtime, with per-instance tabs available on job forms. This removes the need for manual workarounds when working across multiple smartAI environments.

5.13 – TASK IMPROVEMENTS

What's new?

Consultants, Resource Consultants, Compliance Users, Team Leaders, and Managers can now view and manage their tasks with far greater detail and clarity. Linked records such as applicants, clients, contacts, and jobs are now available as optional columns in the Task List, and a new Task Type field allows tasks to be categorised (e.g. Business Development, Applicant Follow Up, Admin). Information previously held on a separate "Other Links" tab has also been consolidated into a single sortable "Links" list within the Details tab.

PORTAL UPDATES

5.13 – CLIENT PORTAL TIMESHEET FLOW (PHASE 1)

What's new?

A new Timesheets tile in the Client Portal lets client contacts review and action candidate timesheets without needing Access Recruitment CRM access. Clients can view and filter submitted timesheets by status, candidate, and date range, and drill into daily hours worked. From there, they can approve, reject, or query a submission directly within the portal, with confirmation shown and relevant parties notified.

5.13 – CLIENT PORTAL JOB & VACANCY FLOW (PHASE 1)

What's new?

The Client Portal continues to expand with new self-service capabilities for hiring teams and client contacts. This release introduces structured vacancy management – including job requisitions, job description approvals, and vacancy status control – alongside the ability to configure job approval routes, close vacancies, and manage urgent vacancy warnings. Search functionality has been standardised across all portal features, and inline editing has been added to the Review & Submit step for a smoother experience.

5.13 – CLIENT PORTAL INTERVIEWS (PHASE 1)

What's new?

Hiring teams can now view, confirm, and manage every stage of the interview process, and submit structured feedback, directly within the portal. Hiring managers, approvers, and admins can see all scheduled, confirmed, and past interviews from a single dashboard, and respond to proposed slots by confirming, declining, or requesting a reschedule. Telemetry tracking has been introduced for the Manage Interview tile, and the Interviews section on the Contact Dashboard has been updated to ensure data accuracy.

5.13 – CLIENT PORTAL INVOICES PHASE 1)

What's new?

Finance approvers and hiring managers can now view, track, and download invoices directly from the Client Portal without contacting the recruitment agency. Users can see a full invoice list, access invoice details, download PDFs on demand, and view invoice status at a glance – including a new "query" status for invoices under review. Administrators can configure which invoice statuses are visible to portal users, ensuring each client sees only the information relevant to their role.

Job alert notifications have been updated to ensure they are delivered reliably and persist correctly across user sessions. This improvement ensures that users do not miss important updates to roles they are tracking within the portal.

5.13 – MANAGE APPLICATIONS UPDATES

What's new?

Hiring managers and Recruiting teams can now review, action, and track candidate applications directly within the Client Portal via a dedicated Kanban board with columns reflecting configurable applicant action statuses. Each application opens into a detail side panel with a CV download, candidate overview, notes tab, and activity timeline, while drag-and-drop status transitions are governed by a configurable transition matrix. A "request info" action automatically notifies the recruiter whenever a client needs more detail on a candidate, reducing status-chasing queries.

5.13 – CLIENT PORTAL PLACEMENT UPDATES

What's new?

A new placements area in the Client Portal shows a searchable, filterable list of all placements linked to the client's account, including job title, placement type, primary consultant, and contract dates. Contacts can search by applicant name or job title, filter by date or consultant, sort any column, and export the list to Excel or CSV in a single click. Clicking a placement opens a details panel where associated documents can be viewed and downloaded, removing the need to request them from the consultant.

What's new?
