What’s new?

5.1 – CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENTS

What's new?

This release delivers a focused set of targeted enhancements across Access Recruitment CRM, reducing friction and improving data visibility for consultants, resource consultants, compliance users, team leaders, and managers.
Responding directly to customer and stakeholder feedback, updates include improvements to how client address data is carried forward when creating new contact records - both directly and via the Job Wizard - saving time and reducing manual re-entry.

Consultants can now filter timesheets by user group, making it easier to manage workload and maintain oversight. The Applicant Action Index has been extended to include job status as a column option, whilst the Client Contact Placement Tab now displays applicant and candidate names, improving at-a-glance visibility across placements. The ability to tag records has been extended from Jobs, giving teams greater flexibility when taking bulk actions. Additionally, an update to the Intercom integration ensures support tooling remains current and responsive.

  • Intercom Update.

  • Copy Client Addresses to a new Contact Record.

  • Copy Client Addresses to a new Contact Record via the Job Wizard.

  • Add Job Status to Applicant Action Index Column Options.

  • Add Applicant/Candidate Name to Client Contact Placement Tab Overview.

  • Filter on User Group on Timesheets Form.

5.1 – NOTEBOOK UPDATES

What's new?

A new system setting gives organisations the flexibility to allow consultants, resource consultants, team leaders, and managers to view notebook entries across all users, regardless of group membership. Group-based access controls can restrict visibility into notebook entries, preventing managers and team leaders from reviewing activity outside their assigned groups. This release introduces a configurable system setting that, when enabled, allows authorised users to view notebook entries across all users. Organisations that prefer to maintain existing group-based boundaries can leave the setting off, ensuring no change to their current behaviour. For those who enable it, the setting supports effective team oversight, activity auditing, and resourcing decisions - giving leadership the visibility they need to manage and review consultant activity without organisational group boundaries becoming a barrier.

  • View Any User's Notebook Regardless of Group Membership.

5.1 – PLACEMENT MANAGER PERMANENT VIEW

What's new?

Placement Manager now includes a dedicated Permanent Placement View, giving consultants and resource consultants a single, consolidated view of permanent placement activity across their teams. Managing permanent placements has historically required navigating across multiple areas of the system, making it difficult to stay on top of who is placed where, track progress quickly, and maintain team-wide visibility. This enhancement brings all relevant permanent placement data together in one accessible location. Consultants, resource consultants, team leaders, and managers can now monitor placement activity with greater clarity, act faster on time-sensitive decisions, and ensure reporting is both accurate and up to date - reducing the risk of placements being overlooked and supporting more informed team oversight.

  • Placement Manager – Permanent Placement View.

5.1 – SELF-BILLING

What's new?

Access Recruitment CRM now supports a comprehensive Self-Billing workflow, enabling agencies to create, manage, and process self-billing invoices directly within the platform. This release introduces end-to-end Self-Billing functionality, delivering feature parity with existing RDB capabilities to support customers migrating to the platform. The new workflow includes configurable feature toggle and system owner controls, a Self-Billing index, self-billing invoice creation and management, and sales invoice creation. Together, these capabilities give payroll users, resource consultants, and compliance teams the tools they need to ensure accurate data capture, reduce administration, and process payroll with confidence - all without leaving Access Recruitment CRM.

  • Self-Billing Feature Toggle, System Owner & Timesheet Batch Controls.

  • Self-Billing Form.

  • Self-Billing Invoice Creation.

  • Sales Invoice Creation.

  • Self-Billing Invoice Management.

5.1 – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

What's new?

Enhanced Business Growth tools enable consultants to manage client development activities directly from the main Client form with flexible data access and configurable views. This release delivers streamlined workflows for client business development by consolidating functionality into the same format as the main Client form. Users can now add clients to Business Development mode from multiple sources including Favourites, Saved Tag Files, and picklists, whilst accessing configurable table view columns tailored for business development activities. The enhancement extends API access to Key Decision Makers data and integrates Business Growth fields into mandatory field maintenance, providing consultants and managers with improved visibility and control over lead management and client relationship development within a unified interface.

  • Client Business Development to use main Client form.

  • Add Clients from Favourites, Saved Tag File & Tag File, or from picklist to Business Development mode.

  • Allow relevant Client APIs to have access to Key Decision Makers sub-list.

  • Table View Config Columns for Client Business Development mode.

5.1 – AI MEETING ASSISTANT

What's new?

Meeting Assistant automatically records, transcribes, and summarises candidate interviews and client calls, syncing AI-generated insights directly into Access Recruitment CRM. Meeting Assistant eliminates the administrative burden of manual note-taking by capturing meeting intelligence from candidate interviews and client calls and automatically populating CRM records with structured data. Recruitment consultants can remain fully present in conversations, confident that key details - from candidate competencies to client discussion points - are recorded accurately and synced to Access Recruitment CRM without any manual input. Cross-meeting intelligence further enables consultants to query across their historical meetings, surfacing relevant candidates and insights on demand.

  • AI Meeting Assistant Integration.

5.1 – PORTAL UI & FUNCTIONALITY UPDATES

The Access Recruitment CRM applicant portal has been significantly updated, bringing a consistent, modern look and feel across all key areas - including My Profile, My Applications, Job Match, Manage CV, My Diary, My Consultant, Document Upload, and Job Alerts. Applicants can now withdraw applications directly from the portal, manage banking details and employment information through the Financial tab, update address information, and add a biography to their profile. The experience has been further refined with improved job match navigation through favourite and excluded tab count badges, a streamlined account management tile, and a cleaner approach to appointment scheduling. Consultants benefit from updated configuration options, including the ability to control which application statuses are visible to applicants and how those statuses are labelled - giving teams greater flexibility to align the portal experience with their operational workflows.

5.1 – PORTAL TIMESHEET FLOW

What's new?

Phase 1 of the Portal Timesheet Flow delivers an integrated, candidate-facing timesheet experience within the Access Recruitment CRM applicant portal, enabling applicants to view, enter, and submit timesheets directly - without leaving the platform. Managing timesheets across disconnected systems has long created friction for consultants, resource consultants, and compliance users - from chasing candidates for submissions to manually reconciling timesheet data ahead of the pay-and-bill cycle. This release addresses that directly by embedding a structured timesheet flow into the Access Recruitment CRM candidate portal. Applicants can now access a dedicated timesheet overview, view and enter hours against contract placements, add breaks and expenses, and submit for approval - all within a consistent, purpose-built interface. For teams, this means greater visibility of candidate timesheet status from within the Access Recruitment CRM, fewer manual touchpoints, and a faster, more accurate route from hours worked to payment processed.

  • Portal Tab Timesheet Options on Contract Jobs.

  • Applicant Timesheet Overview Page.

  • Applicant Timesheet Detail Page – View, Enter Hours, Expenses, Queries & Submit.

  • Ability to Add Breaks on Timesheet.

  • Add Expense Section on Timesheet.

5.1 – PORTAL NOTIFICATION CENTRE

What's new?

A dedicated in-app Notification Centre is now available across the portals, giving consultants, candidates, and clients a real-time feed of relevant activity without leaving the platform. Staying on top of fast-moving recruitment activity has historically meant manually checking records or relying on email - both prone to delays and missed actions. The Notification Centre addresses this directly, surfacing timely, contextual alerts for key events such as new applications, status changes, and messages, across both the Access Recruitment CRM back office and the RECOS candidate and client portals. Consultants, resource consultants, team leaders, and managers benefit from improved visibility of workflow activity, whilst portal users - candidates and clients - receive relevant updates in context, improving responsiveness and reducing the risk of critical actions being overlooked.

  • In-App Notification Centre across Access Recruitment CRM and RECOS Portals.
