Existing Contact not available to select for a client

I have an existing contact that doesn't appear when adding an existing contact to a client.

This is usually for one of two reasons:

  • The contact is not in the right sector

  • The contact is already at the client but has been marked as Has left

To view existing contact on a client who has left:

  1. Click Clients

  2. Click the Contact tab

  3. Click the Eye icon to view the contacts

  4. This will list all the contacts including those who have left, to remove the Has Left flag:

    1. Select the contact

    2. Click the Details tab

    3. Click within the Has Left tick box to enable editing

    4. Click within the Has Left Tick box to remove the tick

    5. Click the tick icon below the Has Left box to save the changes
