We have launched our new Finance Hub. The hub provides useful, financial-related information so you can stay in control of your relationship with us. You can view and download your invoices, raise cases with our finance team, and request changes to other key information such as your billing address, direct debit, and more.

To access the Finance Hub, follow the steps below:
Log into the Customer Success Portal.
Click My Access, then click the Finance tab.

Access to the Finance Hub is permission-based, so if you already have access to the Customer Success Portal and are the nominated finance contact for your account, you can access the hub. If you don't have access to the portal or are not set up as the nominated finance contact, then you need to register first.

Once you've submitted your registration form, we review and update your permissions to grant you access to the Hub. This can take up to two business days. When your permissions are updated you receive a welcome email to advise that you can now access the Finance Hub.
