Workers exported via Pay & Bill integration with wrong address

Why are my workers are being exported via Pay and Bill integration with the wrong address?

When you're exporting applicants from Access Recruitment CRM as workers into Pay & Bill, the default address that exports with the record is the first address with Address Type Home Address on the applicant's record.

To ensure that the correct address exports on a worker record, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the user's record.

  2. Ensure that the only address in Address Type 'Home Address' is the one you want to export.

  3. Set any other addresses associated with that applicant to a different address type.
