Locate Employment Details on a Candidate Record

You can view the Employment Details on a Candidate Record by following the steps below:

To find the employment details on a candidate record, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click Applicants

  2. Find the record for the candidate you're working with and click on it

  3. Click View

  4. From the drop-down list select Employment Detail

    Applicant Employment Detail Form

  5. The form shows the following information:

  6. Payment type - one of:

    1. CIS Scheme

    2. Contract of Employment

    3. Limited Company Contractor

    4. Off Payroll

    5. PAYE

    6. Umbrella CIS

    7. Umbrella Company

  7. NI Number

  8. ID Type

  9. Payroll No.

  10. Limited Company (search field)

  11. Limited Company Payroll Ref

  12. PPS Number

  13. Passport

  14. Visa Status

  15. Driving Licence

  16. Notes (which can be time-stamped)

  17. Employment history in the lower half

⚠️ Important: If you Edit any of the fields, remember to click Save
