When creating a client record, the system will check and warn the user of any existing client records having exactly the same text in the 'FileAs' field as the new one being created. Please note that there is no duplicate checking on email address or phone number.

'FileAs' is a separate field in client records, which will normally populated with the given Client Name, but the content of 'FileAs' can be user-edited; the field not locked down after a client record is first created.

⚠️ Important: The 'FileAs' duplication check ONLY checks client records that happen to be in at least one of the sectors the user is currently logged into. This is by design, since the fundamental reason for sectors is to segregate data and limit access by users and the processes that users initiate.
