The full error is:
​Unable to load app <App Name>

This issue may be due to:

network related issues

the app was removed

your permission to use it was revoked

Try reloading your page or remove this app from your Space.

The apps may have been "black listed" by an inside user.

⚠️ Important: Our Access Evo team recommends you message all your organisation admins advising caution when making changes to the app blacklist as this impacts all users.

Please follow the below steps to check if the apps have been black listed and ensure the problem apps are marked as available:

  1. Click on the three dots menu β ‡ on the right corner side

  2. Click App Availability

  3. Search for the faulty app and tick Available

  4. Click Save

Refresh the page and the apps should start working again.
