When choosing Create Default Placement Activity, nothing happens

This article provides information about the issue where, when clicking Create Default Placement Activity, nothing happens and no error is generated.

One thing that could cause this an issue with your eMail signature, Please go to:

  1. Click My Actions

  2. Click Profile

  3. Click Mail tab

  4. Scroll down to Signature

  5. Clear your eMail signature completely

Check if issue is resolved.

Another reason could be that there are no default activities for the payment type and placement type combination within the placement. Please refer to the article Access Recruitment CRM: Set up Placement documents for further information.
