Please check that, under the applicant's employment details, there are placement documents set up under the Placement Activity Setup for:
the Employment type
the job/placement
the payment type
If necessary, ask a company system administrator to confirm.
These settings can be found by:
Clicking Options then Manager
Click Documents and then click Placement Activity Setup
Click the Placement Activity Setup Tab
