Placement Document Activity - No Items To Merge

What to do if, when creating a default activity under the documents tab on Placements you get an error message saying 'No Items To Merge'.

Please check that, under the applicant's employment details, there are placement documents set up under the Placement Activity Setup for:

  • the Employment type.

  • the job/placement.

  • the payment type.

If necessary, ask a company system administrator to confirm.

These settings can be found by:

  1. Clicking Options then Manager.

  2. Click Documents and then click Placement Activity Setup.

  3. Click the Placement Activity Setup Tab.
