Please check that, under the applicant's employment details, there are placement documents set up under the Placement Activity Setup for:
the Employment type.
the job/placement.
the payment type.
If necessary, ask a company system administrator to confirm.
These settings can be found by:
Clicking Options then Manager.
Click Documents and then click Placement Activity Setup.
Click the Placement Activity Setup Tab.
