You can Archive applicant actions in bulk. The user must not have the Restriction Archive Applicant Actions set on their account, so you will need to check your role permissions.

  1. Go to My Actions and then click Applicant Actions.

  2. Change the view to Table View (Table view icon).

  3. Set your filters in table view (Filter icon) - suggest OWN.

  4. and then on the Created-on Date Created on date filter set this to before XX date.

  5. Move back in to List view (List view icon).

  6. and select the ones you want to Archive.

  7. Once happy with your selection, click on Action and then click Archive.

  8. You will receive a popup with the count of Applicant Actions you are about to Archive, click Yes.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: You can Select all, but to be confident on the process you might want to do this on a couple of smaller sets of data in the first instance.
