HireAra Integration - Error fetching file

Trying to use HireAra on a candidate record and get error: Error fetching file (Internal server error)

Please check the size of the CV that you are trying to use with HireAra as there is a 4MB limit on the size of CVs that HireAra can handle.

To check the file size:

  1. Click the edit icon (🖉) to open the CV.

  2. Download Download icon the CV to your PC.

  3. Open the location you downloaded the file to in File Explorer.

  4. The Size column will show how big the file is.
