Status Date in Access Recruitment CRM

The Status Date in Access Recruitment CRM is a field that reflects the most recent activity on an applicant's record. It is automatically updated whenever a recorded activity occurs on the record. Examples of such activities include:

  • Adding a notebook item (e.g., notes or updates related to the applicant)

  • Logging communications, such as emails or mailshots

It is important to note that the Status Date cannot be manually set or altered- any change to this field requires an activity to be logged on the applicant's record.

For instance, downloading a guide does not directly update the Status Date unless it triggers a recorded activity, such as generating a notebook item or logging a communication.

This automated behavior ensures that the Status Date accurately reflects the latest interactions or updates associated with the applicant's record, maintaining consistency and reliability in tracking applicant progress.
