We have introduced safeguards to prevent oversized link data being stored against tasks, ensuring no more than 100 links per link type are saved, and where a task originates from a notebook item a read-only hyperlink to that source now appears in the Task Info section beneath the Reminder field.

We have added a Notes column to the Links sub-list within the Task Details tab and improved the Task Filter to allow filtering by one or more users, including yourself, merging all selected users' tasks into a single view with real-time search support.

The Filed As value in the Links sub-list is now a clickable hyperlink for Client, Contact, Applicant, Job, and Placement records, opening the standard card view for that entity to the right of the screen.

Regardless of how a task is created, no more than 100 links per link type will now be stored in the task record, ensuring tasks are always saved successfully without error even when the source contains a large number of links.

Where a task has been created from a notebook item, the task now displays a hyperlink to the source notebook item in the Task Info section, beneath the Reminder field. This field is read only, and clicking the hyperlink opens the source notebook item as a modal for quick reference.

We have added a Notes column to the Links sub-list within the Task Details tab.

The column appears by default and is preserved when Restore Defaults is applied.

To add or edit a note against a link, users can open the three-dot menu on any row in the sub-list and select Edit Notes, which opens a modal containing a text input field where the note can be entered.

We have improved the Task Filter to allow filtering by one or more users, including yourself. When the Users category is selected, the logged-in user's name appears in the Available list alongside other users and is not pre-selected.

Selecting any combination of names and applying the filter merges the tasks belonging to all selected users into a single view.

The Available list also supports real-time search, filtering results as you type, including the logged-in user's own name where it matches.

We have introduced hyperlink navigation in the Links sub-list on the Task Details tab.

The Filed As value for each linked record is now displayed as a clickable hyperlink for the following entity types:

Clicking a hyperlink opens the standard card view for that entity to the right of the screen, displaying the same detail as the existing card views for each entity type.
