You may be unable to connect to your timesheet / candidate portal with an error:

If you receive any of the errors below:

  • connection refusal or 'remote certificate is invalid' error

  • 'Server Error in '/'Application'

  • 'Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority'

  • 'The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure'

Please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article, along with the URL of your portal.
