Delete approved timesheets

Change the status of an approved timesheet in order to delete the previously approved timesheet.

To delete or edit timesheets that have an approval status of approved, you will need the Permission to edit approved timesheets Role permission added to a role you (or a group you are a member of) has access to.


Add permission to a role

  1. Click Options then click Accounts and then click Roles.

  2. Select the Role you want to add this to or create a new one.

  3. Click + to the right of Role Permissions.

  4. Find and select the Permission to edit approved timesheets Role permissions.

  5. Click Select.

  6. Refresh your browser.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: If on your user record Apply Restrictions is set to OR, you will need this in every Role (or Role assigned to a group you are a member of) to have this permission for it to be applied.


Once you have this role, delete a timesheet from the details tab

  1. Click the More (More button) button.

  2. Click Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes.


Delete an individual row from the Timesheet hours tab

  1. Select the row you wish to delete.

  2. click the 3-dot menu (โ ‡) at the right end.

  3. Click Delete.


Edit the details on a timesheet

  1. Select the Timesheet Hours tab.

  2. Click the Edit (Edit button) button.

  3. Correct the information that is wrong.

  4. Click the Save (Save button) button.
