To delete or edit timesheets that have an approval status of approved, you will need the Permission to edit approved timesheets Role permission added to a role you (or a group you are a member of) has access to.
Add permission to a role
Click Options then click Accounts and then click Roles.
Select the Role you want to add this to or create a new one.
Click + to the right of Role Permissions.
Find and select the Permission to edit approved timesheets Role permissions.
Click Select.
Refresh your browser.
๐ Note: If on your user record Apply Restrictions is set to OR, you will need this in every Role (or Role assigned to a group you are a member of) to have this permission for it to be applied.
Once you have this role, delete a timesheet from the details tab
Click the More (
) button.Click Delete.
Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes.
Delete an individual row from the Timesheet hours tab
Select the row you wish to delete.
click the 3-dot menu (โ ) at the right end.
Click Delete.
Edit the details on a timesheet
Select the Timesheet Hours tab.
Click the Edit (
) button.Correct the information that is wrong.
Click the Save (
) button.
