Batch Timesheet Management

This article explains how to manage the creation of timesheets in batch.

Batch Create

In the navigation pane:

  1. Click Placements then click Timesheet Manager

  2. Click Batch Create

  3. Select the timesheet frequency:

    • Create Weekly

    • Create Monthly

    • or leave blank to create all

  4. Select the Period you wish to create timesheets for:

    • Last

    • This

    • Next

    • By Calendar

  5. Select whether you want to pre-populate default hours โ€“ this is very useful if your team are fully up to date with the placement schedules for all your applicants.

  6. Select the Sector/s from the list available to you โ€“ your permissions are set by your companies systems administrator

  7. Click Create

The resulting pop up will show you how many timesheets, and how many timesheet hour rows have been created. Click OK on the popup, and you will be moved in to the timesheet index.


Batch Download

If you would like an excel spreadsheet of the timesheets you have created, either for internal use, or to be sent to a client for approval, complete the following steps:

In the navigation pane:

  1. Click Placements then click Timesheet Manager

  2. Click Batch Download

  3. Leave all clients selected, or choose a specific client

  4. Select the appropriate Sector/s

  5. Select the timesheet frequency:

    • Weekly

    • Monthly

  6. Select Period:

    • Last

    • This

    • Next

    • Custom

      • Enter the Date From

      • Enter the Date To

  7. Choose whether to prepopulate hours on the timesheet, either from the placement schedule, or the timesheets previously generated

  8. Click Download
