Timesheet authoriser

This article explains where you can set up a timesheet authoriser and how to do it. The timesheet authoriser functionality supports customers who use the Access Recruitment CRM Timesheet portals.

To set an authoriser for a single placement:

  1. Click Placements, then Contract Placements

  2. Select the placement

  3. Click the Contract Info tab

  4. Click Edit

  5. Search for the Client contact

  6. Click Select and then click Save

Alternatively, there is an Access Evo app Timesheet Authorisers which will allow you to set the timesheet authoriser by client and also allows the addition of a secondary authoriser.

The app can also be used to set up the primary and secondary authorisers for a placement.

To set these up for a client:

  1. Click the Clients tab

  2. Find the Client in the list

  3. Click the edit icon

  4. Click the drop down list to select a contact as Primary Authoriser

  5. If a Secondary Authoriser is required, click that drop down to select a different contact

  6. Click Save

  7. Click OK on the Success message

To set these up for a placement:

  1. Click the Placements tab

  2. Find the placement in the list

  3. Click the edit icon

  4. Click the drop down list to select a contact as Primary Authoriser

  5. If a Secondary Authoriser is required, click that drop down to select a different contact

  6. Click Save

  7. Click OK on the Success message
