Once you've had the Data Import server task and the Timesheet Data Import feature enabled by support, you can upload timesheets using the Timesheet Import.
Open Timesheet Import
Please follow the below steps to use the Timesheet Import:
Click Tools.
Click Data Import
Click Timesheet.
A three-step wizard opens for you to upload your data:
Data import wizard: Upload data
Click download template.
Populate the CSV template. It contains the following columns:
Placement ID
Job ID
Applicant ID
Job Ref No
Date
Rate
Quantity
Charge Rate
Pay Rate
Start Time
End Time
Performance
Line PO
Line Client ID
Fill in at least one of the following combinations of data:
Combination 1: Placement ID or
Combination 2: Job ID & Applicant ID or
Combination 3: Job Ref No & Applicant ID
Fill in the other mandatory columns: Date, Rate and Quantity.
On the wizard, click Upload Data and upload your populated CSV file.
Click Next.
Data import wizard: Set Status
In the second step of the wizard, you can set the status of the timesheet to Approved or mark them as Ready for Billing:
Select the tickbox for set the status Approved or Mark Ready for Billing.
This is an optional step.
Click Next.
Data import wizard: Results
In the third step of the wizard, you can preview up to the first 10 records from the spreadsheet to make sure you've uploaded the correct spreadsheet and review the data.

Once you're happy with the data, click Start Import. The wizard closes and runs the import in the background.

βNote: You receive a notification on the Access Recruitment CRM to let you know that the import has begun. You also receive a notification when the import has completed.
Summary screen
Once you've uploaded the timesheet, you can view a list of timesheets that were imported using the Summary screen.
