Timesheet Data Import not working

This article explains what to do if, when trying to import timesheet data, the status simply shows as Pending.

Please check that you have enabled the Timesheet Data Import feature (Options ; System Settings ; Feature Toggles ; Timesheet Data Import) and that the Data Import server task has also been enabled for you.

If the above is true, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article and please also provide a copy of the file you are trying to upload and details of any settings used.
