Save search results

Search results can be saved under Access Recruitment CRM - see below for details:

You can save search results under Tag Files that can be accessed by others (users and groups):

Ensure that Tag File is cleared

  1. Click My Actions then click Tag File

  2. Click the Remove top button

  3. Click Remove All



Create A Saved Tag File

  1. Click My Actions then click Saved Tag files

  2. Click +New top button

  3. Enter name of new list of results

  4. Add appropriate User /Group to share the list with

  5. Click Save



Tag Search Results

  1. Run a Search to generate list of results

  2. Click List button

  3. Select the required results objects

  4. Click Tag Options button

  5. Click Tag



Move Tag Results into Saved Tag File

  1. Click My Actions then click Tag File

  2. Now click Select All

  3. Click Save top button then click Save

  4. Select the new Saved Tag file and click Save
