A Primary Consultant already exists for this placement

This article explains what to do if, when trying to add a consultant to a placement you get the error "A Primary Consultant already exists for this placement".

Firstly make sure on the consultants table that there isn't already a primary consultant, if there is then this would need to be removed or changed to not be primary.

If there isn't a primary consultant Please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article.

Please also include details of the Placement ID that is affected and any other relevant information.
