The AWR compliance tasks enable the Systems admin to:
Update all the AWR Clocks.
Send an email to all contacts for placements that are currently running that have no AWR Rights document stored in their Client Employment Details asking them to send in a Day 1 Rights Document.
Send a follow-up email to all contacts for placements that are currently running that have previously been sent a request and no document has been received within the last 2 weeks.
Generate an alert for the Primary Consultant when AWR qualification progress reaches 8 weeks.
Generate an alert for the Primary Consultant when AWR qualification has been reached.
Send an AWR Parity Information Request to contacts for In Scope Placements where the Consolidated Clock has reached eight weeks.
Send an AWR Parity Information Repeat Request to contacts for In Scope Placements where the Consolidated Clock has reached ten weeks.
Send an Applicant Attribute Expiry warning email to the Primary Consultant when the expiry date of an applicant’s attribute is within 30 days.
Set up compliance tasks
Click Options and then click Manager.
Click General.
Click Compliance Task Definitions.
Select the compliance task the user needs to run.
Click Action.
Click Test now or click Run now.
📌 Note: If the Run now option is not available it would indicate that the Task is not enabled.
Enable the task
Select the task and click Edit.
Click the Enable check box.
Click Save.
