How to delete a job

To delete jobs in Access Recruitment CRM see below:

⚠️ Important: You may need your company system administrator to remove the Delete Job restriction on your role.

In order to delete a job in Access Recruitment CRM:

  1. Open the job record. You can find the job using the global search on the top right of the screen and use it to search based on Job title, Job reference, Job ID etc.

  2. Once in the record click More then Delete

⚠️ Important: In order to delete a job, there should be no links e.g. placements. If there are, an error will appear when you try to delete the job and you will not be able to delete the job until all links are removed.

If you cannot remove the links you can hide records or archive the job by editing the Archived box to ticked
