Please check that records are not being filtered out, as follows:
Click Filter in the toolbar.
Click on a selected filter in the right hand "Selected Filters" panel.
Click the left-facing arrow (
) button to remove that filter.Repeat from step 2 until no filters are left under Selected Filters.
Click All in the left-hand panel.
Click the right-facing arrow (
) button to add the filter.Click Apply Filter (
) button.
