No applicant / client / job / placement / project records are showing for any user

This article explains what to do if no Applicant/client/job/placement/project records not showing for all users.

Please check that records are not being filtered out, as follows:

  1. Click Filter in the toolbar.

  2. Click on a selected filter in the right hand "Selected Filters" panel.

  3. Click the left-facing arrow (Left facing arrow) button to remove that filter.

  4. Repeat from step 2 until no filters are left under Selected Filters.

  5. Click All in the left-hand panel.

  6. Click the right-facing arrow (Right-facing arrow) button to add the filter.

  7. Click Apply Filter (Apply filter button) button.

Should no records be listed still, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, and reference the title of this article.
