Subject Access Request

This article explains what the function of the 'subject access request' feature is on a candidate / applicant record, and how to use it.

⚠️ Important: This feature is controlled by a Role Permission called Permission to complete subject access requests on applicant record

This option:

  • Will export all records associated with the applicant. It may include information of a sensitive nature.

  • produces a .zip file containing files with the various pieces of information in it.

  • Will download this file to the computer and then you send it to the applicant.

📌 Note: Before sending the export to the applicant, please review thoroughly and remove any data that you do not wish to expose.

To create a Subject Access Request:

  1. Click Applicants and select the applicant.

  2. Click More then click Subject Access Request.

  3. Click Export and choose where to save the file.

  4. Click Save.

Review the file and remove any data that you do not wish to expose.
