Bulk Processing – Applicant Batch Status Update

Easily update all applicant status records within the focused saved tag file from their current value to the new selected status value.

If the Bulk Processing functionality has been installed into your Access Recruitment CRM, the ability to carry out various data management can be accessed via the saved tag files area.

Applicant Batch Status Update

  • By navigating to My Actions , Saved Tag Files and focusing on a saved tag file, the option for Applicant Batch Status Update is available via the Action button.

  • On clicking this option, the new Applicant Batch Status Update screen will be displayed.

  • Please take note of the warning message, as use of this functionality is irreversible, and any unintentional use will require manual fixing of affected records.

  • An Applicant Status will require to be selected using the drop-down list.

  • Once the Applicant Status has been selected, there are two options of Cancel or Save

  • If Cancel is clicked, no changes will be made, the screen will close navigation is back to the ‘saved tag file’ screen.

  • If Save is clicked, all applicant records within the focused saved tag file will have their status updated from their current value to the new selected status value.

  • On completion of processing, a success message will be shown.
