Duplicate email warnings in portal for applicants that have previously been deleted by GDPR

I previously removed an applicant using the GDPR deletion tool and now I get duplicate email errors and multiple rows in the admin page within the timesheet portal.

If you are getting duplicate email warning or errors but can only find one instance of the email using search, this may be caused by residual data that is not accessible from a previous applicant record that was deleted by earlier versions of GDPR right to be forgotten requests.
