To remove a recipient while creating a mailshot, follow the steps below:
📌 Note: This removes the recipients from the mailshot list, it doesn't alter the Saved Tag file.
Create the mailshot as normal up to the step 3 List of Names.
Click Remove.
Select who to remove:
Remove Applicants who have been sent a Mailshot since.
Remove Clients who have been sent a Mailshot since.
Remove Contacts who have been sent a Mailshot since.
Remove Contacts where any one at the company have been sent a Mailshot since.
Remove Selected.
Remove All.
If you selected an option based on date, enter a date then click OK.
📌 Note: If the previous mailshot failed to send to a recipient, they're not included in the remove.
Please be aware that if you now run the same mailshot with the same tag file, it won't find any recipients to remove.
