How to change Consultant Contact on timesheet portal

If you have not made any changes to the behaviour related to consultant contacts on the portal, you can change the Consultant Contact listed on the timesheet portal by following the steps below:

The Consultant Contact can be changed by changing the Primary Consultant on the Access Recruitment CRM Record:

  1. Click Applicants and find the record

  2. Open the Consultants tab

  3. Use the ✚ icon to add a different consultant and assign them as the Primary Consultant

  4. Edit and change the previous Primary Consultant to Secondary Consultant, or click the β ‡ icon next to the edit icon and Delete the old primary consultant from the record
