When you find that the creator of an Applicant Action is not the same Consultant as the one who currently owns the action and is therefore, not able to complete processes that require that ownership (e.g. Send CV Wizard has CV's missing) - you can amend this for future use by following the steps below.
User preferences can be changed by following the below steps:
Click My Actions then click Profile.
Click Applicant Actions tab.
Select Creator from the Default Consultant dropdown.
Now you can re-do the actions that failed previously.
If, after discussion with your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager, you want to remove this restriction and allow consultants to edit each others Applicant Actions, then please follow these steps.
