What’s new?
Addressing customer review and feedback, enhancements to the job workflows now allow the attachment of a shift type to Contract Overtime Rates. This will automatically flow when adding new or editing existing Contract Rates and when copying jobs.
When selecting a contract rate, whether in the Contract Rates modal, copying a job, or using the Job Wizard, the shift type automatically flows through to your job rates, ensuring consistency and saving manual data entry.
How do I start using it?
Job Wizard UI Improvements
Aborting adding a job
While using the Job Wizard to create new jobs, sometimes it is necessary to abort the process. To make the experience consistent, when either the X in the top right is clicked or the Cancel in the bottom left is clicked, the same cancellation message box will now appear.
Allow selection of contacts across a client's organisational chart
When clicking into the Contact field, if the selected client has an Organisational Chart setup, then all contacts across the organisation will be offered as a selection list.
If the client is not setup with an Organisation Chart, then contacts just for this client will be offered in the list.
Job Wizard – Contract Rates
When creating a new Contract Job using the Job Wizard and navigating to step ‘3. Rates’, and a Client Contract Rate that matches the job specifics (current behaviour based on client, position, grade, default rate etc) is displayed and the 'Shift Type' is populated in Client Contract Rates Overtime, then
The ‘Shift Type’ is copied to the corresponding Job Rate rows.
The Job Rates are grouped by the copied Client Contract Rates Overtime 'Shift Type'.
Saved to the Job Rates when the Job is saved (along with the other details as per current behaviour).
Client Contract Rate to allow entry of an optional Shift Type
