π Note: You must add an interview to the applicant before you can send an interview confirmation.
β οΈ Important: If an interview has not been added in Applicant Actions, you cannot continue.
To batch send interview confirmation to contacts through one email, please follow the below steps:
Click My Actions and then click Interview Confirmations
Step1 - Filter
Select the date range you want
Make sure you are the consultant
Click Next
Step 2 - Validate:
Select the Client and click Next
Step 3 - Set Options:
Select the documents you wish to send to the applicant
Select the documents you wish to send to the Client
Under Documents for contact, tick the Consolidate contact emails checkbox
Click Next
Step 4 - Merge Emails is run
Step 5- Email Applicant:
Review the applicant email
Make any edits needed to the subject or message
Click Next
Step 6 - Email Client:
Review or update the subject and message
When ready, click Send to issue both confirmations
You will receive a message toast confirming the message has been added to the mail queue
