Send a contact one email with multiple interview confirmations

This article explains how to consolidate interview confirmations so you send 1 eMail to the contact with several interview confirmations.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: You must add an interview to the applicant before you can send an interview confirmation.

โš ๏ธ Important: If an interview has not been added in Applicant Actions, you cannot continue.

To batch send interview confirmation to contacts through one email, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click My Actions and then click Interview Confirmations.


Step 1 - Filter

  1. Select the date range you want.

  2. Make sure you are the consultant.

  3. Click Next.

  1. Select the Client and click Next.

  1. Select the documents you wish to send to the applicant.

  2. Select the documents you wish to send to the Client.

  3. Under Documents for contact, tick the Consolidate contact emails checkbox.

  4. Click Next.


Step 4 - Merge Emails is run

  1. Review the applicant email.

  2. Make any edits needed to the subject or message.

  3. Click Next.


Step 6 - Email Client

  1. Review or update the subject and message.

  2. When ready, click Send to issue both confirmations.

  3. You will receive a message toast confirming the message has been added to the mail queue:
