How to send a contact one email with multiple interview confirmations

This article explains how to consolidate interview confirmations so you send 1 eMail to the contact with several interview confirmations.

πŸ“Œ Note: You must add an interview to the applicant before you can send an interview confirmation.

⚠️ Important: If an interview has not been added in Applicant Actions, you cannot continue.

To batch send interview confirmation to contacts through one email, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click My Actions and then click Interview Confirmations

  2. Step1 - Filter

  3. Select the date range you want

  4. Make sure you are the consultant

  5. Click Next

  6. Step 2 - Validate:

  7. Select the Client and click Next

  8. Step 3 - Set Options:

  9. Select the documents you wish to send to the applicant

  10. Select the documents you wish to send to the Client

  11. Under Documents for contact, tick the Consolidate contact emails checkbox

  12. Click Next

  13. Step 4 - Merge Emails is run

  14. Step 5- Email Applicant:

    Step 5 - Email Applicant 2

  15. Review the applicant email

  16. Make any edits needed to the subject or message

  17. Click Next

  18. Step 6 - Email Client:

    Step 6 - Email Client

  19. Review or update the subject and message

  20. When ready, click Send to issue both confirmations

  21. You will receive a message toast confirming the message has been added to the mail queue
