๐ Note: You must add an interview to the applicant before you can send an interview confirmation.
โ ๏ธ Important: If an interview has not been added in Applicant Actions, you cannot continue.
To batch send interview confirmation to contacts through one email, please follow the below steps:
Click My Actions and then click Interview Confirmations.
Step 1 - Filter
Step 2 - Validate
Select the Client and click Next.
Step 3 - Set Options
Select the documents you wish to send to the applicant.
Select the documents you wish to send to the Client.
Under Documents for contact, tick the Consolidate contact emails checkbox.
Click Next.
Step 4 - Merge Emails is run
Step 5- Email Applicant
Review the applicant email.
Make any edits needed to the subject or message.
Click Next.
