What’s new?

This release introduces direct client field access in Report Builder when using Notebook Item Link as the primary entity, simplifying report creation without complex entity navigation. The Batch SMS functionality has been standardised across Scheduling 2.0, providing a consistent interface when sending messages from shifts. Additionally, notice period field labels on Contract Jobs and Contract Placements forms have been simplified to ensure better page readability.


Report Builder - Direct Client Access from Notebook Item Links

What's New

When creating reports with Notebook Item Link as the primary entity, Client is now available as a direct field option in the entity dropdown.

What This Means

Previously, accessing client information when reporting on notebook items required navigating through complex entity relationships. This improvement streamlines report creation by providing direct access to client data, ensuring:

  • Accurate record counts in reports.

  • Simplified report configuration.

  • Direct field selection without intermediate entities.


Scheduling 2.0 - Standardised Batch SMS Modal

What's New

When sending SMS messages to applicants from Scheduling 2.0 shifts, the system now uses the standard Batch SMS modal, consistent with the functionality available in Applicants ; Send ; Batch SMS.

To access:

  1. Navigate to Scheduling 2.0 and then search for jobs

  2. .

  3. Click into a shift with placed/reserved applicants and then click the 3-dot menu.

  4. Select Batch SMS.

What This Means

The previous 3-step Send SMS modal has been replaced with the streamlined Batch SMS modal. This change provides:

  • A consistent SMS sending experience across the system.

  • All applicants against the selected shift automatically listed.

  • Simplified workflow aligned with existing Batch SMS functionality.

Contract Jobs & Placements - Notice Period Field Labels Updated

What's New

Notice period field labels have been simplified across Contract Jobs and Contract Placements for improved page display:

  • Notice Period From Client becomes Client Notice Period.

  • Notice Period From Applicant becomes Applicant Notice Period.

These changes apply to:

  • Contract Jobs: Details tab and table view configuration.

  • Contract Placements: Contract Info tab and table view configuration.

No functionality has changed - only the field labels have been reworded for better display.
