Overview
You can now add applicants to Saved Tag Files directly from the Job Review List, making shortlisting faster and more efficient.
Additionally, Applicant custom tabs and custom columns are now available on both the Applicant and Job Review Lists - a highly requested enhancement that gives you full visibility of custom field data without needing to leave the Review List.
Together, these updates reduce unnecessary navigation and help you work more productively within your existing workflows.
Add Applicants to a Saved Tag File from the Job Review List
You can now add applicants directly to a Saved Tag File from the main Job Review List form on both Contract and Permanent jobs. This saves time by removing the need to navigate away from the Review List to tag applicants for shortlisting.
What's new?
The Tag button on the Review List toolbar is now a dropdown with two options:
Tag - Works exactly as before, allowing you to tag individual applicants.
Add to Saved Tag File - Select one or more applicants (using the checkbox in list view or by selecting a single record), then choose an existing Saved Tag File or create a new one. All selected applicants are added to the chosen file. If an applicant already exists in the file, they will not be duplicated. A confirmation message will appear once the applicants have been successfully added.
๐ Note: The Tag button and its options will be greyed out if no applicants are on the Review List or if the Tag Applicant restriction is applied to your user account.
Custom Tabs and Columns Now Available on Review Lists
Applicant custom tabs and custom columns are now accessible directly from both the Applicant Review List and the Job Review List main forms. This was one of the most heavily requested enhancements and means you no longer need to open the full Applicant record to view or edit custom field data.
What's new?
Custom Tabs: When viewing an applicant record within either Review List, you will now see the same custom tabs that appear on the main Applicant form. Clicking a tab displays the associated custom fields, which can be viewed and edited in place.
Custom Columns: When switching to table view, you can add Applicant custom columns via Settings ; Configure Columns. Custom columns appear in the 'Available' column list and can be added to your view as needed. They are not selected by default.
Sector Restrictions: Custom fields and tabs continue to respect any sector-based restrictions configured for your account. This may result in certain tabs or fields being hidden depending on your permissions.
Both enhancements are designed to streamline your shortlisting and review workflows, keeping all the information you need within the Review List without extra navigation.
