If you find that the Access Digital Assistant icon is no longer visible when you load Access Recruitment CRM, you will need to check your cookie settings in your browser:
In Access Evo, click your name in the top right and select My Settings.
Then choose cookie preferences from the left menu.
Then expand Functional.
Expand Recruitment CRM Preferences.
Next to Access Digital Assistant, turn the switch on.
And remember to click Save.
The Access Digital Assistant icon (
) should be visible once more.
