What’s new?
We have introduced three enhancements to the Interviews area of the system. Interviews in the Jobs > Interviews form are now ordered by most recent date and time by default, making it easier to identify upcoming interviews at a glance. A new User Group filter allows users to narrow the interview list to records created by members of selected user groups. Additionally, a new system setting - Add Notebook Entry for Interview Notification - automatically creates a notebook entry on the applicant's record when an interview confirmation is completed, capturing key interview details and links to related records.
How do I start using it?
Order By Interview date
Interviews in the Jobs ; Interview form are now displayed in order of most recent date and time, in both table and list view. This makes it easier to manage and track upcoming interviews at a glance without having to scroll past older entries.
Ability to Filter on User Group
A new User Group filter is now available in the Jobs ; Interviews form. When navigating to the filter options, you can select one or more user groups you belong to, and the interview list will refresh to display only interviews created by users within the selected group(s). This makes it easier to review and manage interviews across your team.
Interview Notebook Entry
We have introduced a new system setting, Add Notebook entry for Interview Notification, available under Options ; System Settings ; System Owner ; Global Settings. This setting is enabled by default and controls whether a notebook entry is automatically created when an interview notification is sent.
When enabled, completing an interview confirmation via the Batch Interview Confirmation or the Interview Confirmation Wizard will now automatically add an entry to the applicant's notebook under the General folder. The entry is created with a Notebook Type of Interview, and includes the job reference, company name, applicant name, interview type, interview date and time, and the primary consultant assigned to the job.
Once created, the entry is protected and cannot be edited by standard users.
The notebook entry also includes links to the relevant applicant, client, contact, and job records for easy cross-referencing.
If a further interview is arranged for the same applicant and job, a new notebook entry will be created. If the interview is deleted, the existing notebook entry will be retained.
If the setting is disabled, interview notifications will not be recorded in the notebook.
