This issue could be caused due to the same email address being linked to two or more records.

In order for this to be resolved, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article, and include the eMail address linked to the account which is experiencing the issue.
Please also include a screen shot of the error message.

πŸ€“ Tip: There is a Access Evo App called ARCRM Portal Account manager which will allow you to delete accounts from your portal without the need to raise a case.
