Change a users login/account email address

This article explains how to update the email address someone uses to log in to Access Evo and Access Recruitment CRM.

There is not currently a way for users to do this themselves, you will need to update the email address of the Access Evo account by:

  1. Get the user to log out of Access Evo

  2. Log in as an Access Evo Administrator

  3. Click the Members Icon in the top right to access the member's area

  4. Search for the User and Click the Three dots next to their name

  5. Select Change Email Address

  6. Enter the new email address

  7. Click Change

  8. Contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article, stating the old and new email addresses and wait for a response saying the database has been updated before getting the user to sign back in
