Please ensure that you're logging in to Access Evo using the same email address as that used in your Access Recruitment CRM user profile.

You can request your Access Evo administrator to try going into Access Evo, un-assigning the roles, saving, and then re-assigning the roles.

Should the issue persist even after checking the above, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article and provide the address that isn't working.
