Please get a Access Evo Administrator to check you have the Administrator role applied to your account within the Members Area in Access Evo by clicking the three dots next to your account and checking the role next to Access Recruitment CRM is not set to User

If you are an administrator in the members area, please get an Administrator who isn't having the same issue to log into Access Recruitment CRM and:
Click Options and then click Accounts
Click Users
Find your User record
Make sure Apply Restrictions is set to AND and not OR
