Set up an eMail signature

This article explains how you can set up a signature on your eMail.

To set up an eMail signature, please do the following:

  1. Click My Actions

  2. Click Profile

  3. Click Mail

  4. Scroll down until you see the Signature section


You can then create the signature with full-text formatting.

You can also include images but we do recommend that you don't use any large files as this will use up disk space.
