Assign or unassign attributes from sectors

Do you need to make your attributes accessible to users within different sectors in Access Recruitment CRM? Read on to find out how to do this.

Attributes can be assigned to one or more sectors. If a user is not assigned to the same sector as the attribute, then the attribute will not be visible to the user. In order to assign the attribute to different sectors:

  1. Click Options then click Manager

  2. Click General and then click Attribute maintenance

  3. Find the attribute you need to assign to different sectors e.g. Position and click on it

  4. Click Settings and select the Sectors you need it assigned to

  5. Click Update
