Pay and Bill integration Auto Leaving not working correctly

This article explains what to do if Auto-Leaver not working correctly - Auto Leaving workers for P45 process too early or too late.

⚠️ Important: Only users who do not have the restriction Pay and Bill Mappings/Settings tabs - Read Only Access on their role are able to do this.

The number of weeks to wait before the Recruitment CRM / Pay and Bill integration automatically sets workers to being leavers is now user-adjustable as follows:

  1. Click Finance & Payroll

  2. Click Access Pay and Bill

  3. Click the Settings tab

  4. Set the value in weeks in the Auto Leaver Weeks field
