Can I send an eMail from Stored Documents?

I've created a template in Template Maintenance and saved it as a stored document so the merge fields populate correctly. Now, I need to send this template via email to the applicant. How can I do that?

You can not eMail from the Stored Documents tab in Access Recruitment CRM.

To do what you want, you need to:

  1. Click Options and then click Manager.

  2. Next, click Documents followed by Notebook Types and Templates.

  3. Find the Template Type you want to use.

  4. Click on the Notebook Type Templates tab.

  5. Click the โœš sign.

  6. Find the template and then click Select.

  7. Now find your applicant and then click New Note.

  8. Click Template Type you selected above.

  9. Find the Notebook Type you Want.

  10. Fill in the required information.

  11. In the Saved Notebook Item, click Email and choose Send Email.
