You can not eMail from the Stored Documents tab in Access Recruitment CRM.

To do what you want, you need to:
Click Options and then click Manager.
Next, click Documents followed by Notebook Types and Templates.
Find the Template Type you want to use.
Click on the Notebook Type Templates tab.
Click the โ sign.
Find the template and then click Select.
Now find your applicant and then click New Note.
Click Template Type you selected above.
Find the Notebook Type you Want.
Fill in the required information.
In the Saved Notebook Item, click Email and choose Send Email.
