Prevent users from accessing or viewing Stored Documents

This article explains how to limit access to stored documents in Access Recruitment CRM.

There are 2 restrictions available in Access Recruitment CRM relating to stored documents:

  • Delete Stored Document.

  • Edit PDF Stored Document.

These restrictions can be applied to a role.

📌 Note: You can also set Restrictions by assigning users, user groups or sectors to the Template assignment tab. This allows you to manage visibility to very limited groups - i.e. Compliance User Group.
