Mark placement shift as unauthorised absence

This article explains how to mark a placement shift as unauthorised absence

If an employee is a no show you can show this as an unauthorised absence as follows:

  1. Click Options and then click Manager

  2. Click Look Ups then click Reason for removing applicants

  3. Choose No Show reason (this will show in the diary as Unauthorised Absence)

To remove the employee from the shift:

  1. Click Temp Management and then click Scheduling 2.0

  2. Find the Job in question

  3. Click on the shifts for the day in question

  4. For the employee who didn't show, click the remove icon

  5. Under Select Reason, choose No Show and click Next

  6. Check the Future Shifts and then click Confirm

You can view the unauthorised absence notes using the report:

  1. Click Reports

  2. Click Pre-defined Reports

  3. Select Applicants Removed from Shifts

  4. Click Run

    1. Select User

    2. Select From Date

    3. Select To Date

The report is produced
